Every great business has a story. Mine started in a coal mine.

Fresh out of university, I began my career as a mining engineer. On paper, it made sense: stable, technical, well-respected work. But deep down, I knew it wasn’t for me. I craved freedom, creativity, and the ability to build something of my own.

So, I walked away.

What came next couldn’t have been further from the mines — I became a scuba diving dive master, living overseas and chasing adventure. It was incredible, but it also raised a bigger question: How can I create a career that gives me both freedom and growth?

The Google Search That Changed Everything

Like many, it all started with a late-night Google search: “How do I make money online?”

That search in 2015 led me to Amazon. And once I started, I never looked back.

I taught myself everything — how to source products, launch, advertise, and optimize. I failed. I succeeded. I built and sold Amazon FBA businesses. I managed both Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts. I worked as Director of Sales for an 8-figure Amazon brand. I’ve launched 1000+ products, spent millions on ads, and navigated nearly every challenge the platform can throw at a seller.
